Massage

  • All my massages are a combination of all the tools I have that help me help you feel good. It is my belief that the body is one whole, and any discomfort is not an isolated existence. Getting to the root of the problem is my goal. Helping each body system work at its best to support all the other systems. Homeostasis!

Group Sauna and Ice Semi-Private Experience

  • Ice/Sauna Small Group (4 people) *** best group experience***

    — Small group sauna ice plunging experience. Individual attention to the needs of the group. As an inspiring contrast therapy coach I will lead you through the process of choosing courage, surrendering to your fears and Loving yourself! This is a great way to develop a regular plunging practice with a group of friends on a regular basis.

    60 minute — $180

    Stretch, Sauna and Ice — I will lead 4 people through a relaxing stretching session on the great stretching wall. The body support and traction makes this time feel like a productive nap! Followed by sauna and ice protocol, your group will leave with a fresh perspective on yourself, the world and your place in it!

    90 minute — $240

    Sauna — 4 people sitting in the sauna is neutral time where magic happens. Friendships are deepened, imagination is sparked and problems are solved. Who needs coffee when you can get together to sweat!
    60 min — $200

Community Sauna and Ice Plunge

  • Sunday 9-11AM Community Plunge (open to the public) — Every Sunday from 9-11AM, plungers of all experience levels come and play around in the ice!

    $25.00 drop in fee that includes 2 hours of access to ice-plunges and sauna. stay as short or as long as you like.

    $57.11 monthly membership includes all Sundays and $15 for pop up Plunges.

7 Day Sauna and Ice Transformation

  • 7 Day Sauna and Ice Transformation — An hour a day for 7 days in a row! This mind/body boot camp is designed for you to ask yourself some probing questions. Where are you now, where do you want to go and how can you help you get there!

    60 minutes a day for 7 days — $1000

Private Ice and Sauna 1:1 Experience

  • Sauna and Ice — You will spend this hour using extreme heat and cold to help you build a deeper relationship with YOU! The health benefits of this experience are Physical, Mental, and Emotional! Contrast therapy will amplify your existing mental health practice and help you discover new tools.

    60 minute — $150

    Stretch Sauna and Ice — Your time on the wall will help you remind your body how to RELAX! The world we live in has distracted us from the importance of RELAXING, so our body can heal itself. The stretching wall will help unwind you physically from the challenging body mechanics of the 21st century. The wall session will be followed by the sauna/ice/sauna protocol. You will leave with a new perspective of the world and your place in it!

    90 minute — $225

    Sauna Only — Regular sauna use has been proven to reduce the chances of death from ALL-CAUSES of disease! Making regular sauna a part of your life will truly lengthen your life while increasing the quality of it!

    60 minute — $150

    Great Wall — Your hour on the wall is a custom designed stretching class. The straps support your body weight so you can RELAX into the stretch with the benefit of traction. We can assess your needs and focus the stretches to free your body from the physical and emotional stress of life.
