We are located in Bexley, Ohio. We have used a combination of indoor and outdoor space to create an environment of healing. All our experiences are here to help individuals adapt to change and find relaxation. Through body work, contrast therapy or simply a change of perspective. Where we feel discomfort is often not where the problem is, we are here to find the problem.

When getting a massage, the least clothes you have on the easier my job is. And more importantly, you should wear whatever you're comfortable in. When asking for work to be done on a specific muscle group, I need to be able to touch that muscle group.

I'm always a yes for ice plunging! That being said post massage is not the best time for a "FIRST" Ice plunge. Practiced ice plungers have found that plunging after the massage is more beneficial than before.

Aas inconvenient as last minute cancellations are, a sick massage therapist off work for days is far more inconvenient for everyone! So if you think you have a bug, stay home. 100% if you have a fever, stay home! Thank you for taking care of me.

This is a one woman shop so no need to come more than a minute or so early. Appointments paid for in advance help us alleviate wasting time where we could be working on you.
